How do I know which website plan I need?
Choose Spiderling for one focused page, Tarantula when the business needs a complete multi-page website, and Orb Weaver when the site must organize significantly more services, locations, projects, case studies, or resources. We will help confirm the smallest suitable option.
Do I need to donate to receive Spiderling?
No. Donations are completely optional and separate from the Spiderling plan fee. Donating does not affect eligibility, the approved website scope, regular support, priority, or access to features. Voluntary donations simply help sustain the ministry behind Spiderling, and Spider Function does not represent them as tax-deductible.
Is a custom business system included?
System Solutions are priced separately. Each one receives its own discovery, approved scope, development quote, and ongoing System Care. If needed, it can connect to a Tarantula or Orb Weaver website while remaining a separately billed service.
Can Spiderling connect to a system?
With Spiderling, the website and system remain separate services. You can keep Spiderling and purchase a standalone System Solution, or choose Tarantula or Orb Weaver when you want the website and separately billed system to connect.
Are changes and new features unlimited?
No. The agreed website scope and applicable support expectations define what is included. A new or materially changed capability is reviewed and quoted separately so the commitment stays clear and sustainable.
What is confirmed before I pay?
We confirm the selected plan, billing cycle, website scope, client responsibilities, expected deliverables, relevant support terms, exclusions, and any separately quoted work before the engagement proceeds.
