Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of web design and related services (“Services”) provided by Spider Function (“we,” “our,” “us”) to you (“Client,” “you,” “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Minimum Subscription
All subscription plans (Spiderling, Tarantula, and Orb Weaver) require a minimum commitment of six (6) months. If you cancel prior to completing the six-month term, you are still obligated to pay the full six months of fees. After the initial six-month period, subscriptions may continue month-to-month unless otherwise agreed.
2. Payment and Refund Policy
Initial Payment
Work begins only after the contract is signed and the initial payment is received.
Refunds
We offer a 100% refund of your initial payment only if we cannot design something you are completely satisfied with and you decide not to move forward.
Once you have approved the design and we begin building the website, refunds are no longer available. From that point forward, any refunds are granted solely at our discretion.
Ongoing Fees
Subscription payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Fees are non-refundable once the subscription cycle has begun.
3. Plans and Inclusions
Each plan provides services as outlined on our pricing page. Key points include:
Spiderling Plan
One-page website design included.
Hosting, domain, maintenance, and maximum SEO covered.
Does not include free revisions and contact form with monitoring.
Tarantula Plan
Up to five pages of website design included.
Hosting, domain, maintenance, and maximum SEO covered.
Includes revisions under a one year contract.
Orb Weaver Plan
Unlimited website pages included.
Hosting, domain, maintenance, and maximum SEO covered.
Includes unlimited revisions and additional premium features.
4. Ownership of Work
All websites designed and developed under Spiderling, Tarantula, and Orb Weaver plans are owned solely by Spider Function, unless otherwise agreed in writing. While our plans provide affordable pricing and professional quality, ownership of the design, code, and structure remains with Spider Function. Clients retain ownership of their own content (such as text, images, and logos) provided to us, but the website framework and design remain the property of Spider Function.
5. Support and Maintenance
All plans include hosting, maintenance, and support appropriate to the plan tier.
Support covers technical issues with hosting and performance. Requests beyond normal maintenance, such as new features or redesigns, may be subject to additional fees.
6. SEO Services
Maximum SEO setup and support are included in all plans, regardless of tier.
7. Service Availability
We make every effort to ensure uptime and reliable performance. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to potential factors outside of our control (such as third-party server outages or internet disruptions). Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the current billing cycle.
8. Termination
All plans require a minimum subscription of six (6) months. If you cancel prior to completing the six-month term, you are still obligated to pay for the full six months. After the six-month minimum has been fulfilled, you may terminate your subscription at any time with no further obligations. Please note, however, that we do not provide refunds for any unused time remaining in your current billing cycle.
9. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to all future billing periods. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
